My name is Gary and I am a 5th year studying computer engineering and russian language. I joined UMDCSEC in Spring 2020 after the pandemic started and became an officer sometime after!

I usually participate in CTFs every other weekend or so and usually stick to the crypto challs.

For the past couple semesters, I’ve been a Lab Teaching Fellow for ENES100, which is an intro to engineering course at UMD. Over the summers I work for Northrop Grumman doing various things in cyber, hardware, and software engineering.

I’m really interested in space exploration/travel and hope to work in the space industry some day.
